Majestic was founded by Craig Otto, a licensed builder with dual-trade qualifications in Carpentry and Painting & Decorating. After decades running commercial and residential projects across NSW, Craig recognized a fundamental flaw in the building industry: fragmented trades.
Homeowners and property managers were forced to coordinate separate carpenters, painters, maintenance crews and builders, leading to delays, finger-pointing, and compromised finishes.
Majestic was created to eliminate that friction entirely — delivering complete property solutions with direct builder communication and master-level execution.
